I contacted Quintessential Plumbing for the first time on 18 March 2024 at night asking if they do concrete mix new toilet installations and to my relief, the CSO woman Summer said yes and she arranged for a quote to be supplied on site on 22 March 2024 which I accepted and the new toilet in the master bathroom in the 2 storey house where I live was installed on 25 March 2024 by two plumbers named Kelvin and Lee where they used CONCRETE MIX to attach the toilet to the bathroom floor.

On 4 April 2024 at around 11:05AM in the morning, I got a call from Kelvin who was requesting feedback on whether or not I was happy with the job done and to that I replied a positive 'YES' because the concrete mix had dried and became like stone and had fixed the toilet to the floor in a very strong way.

There was a different plumbing company involved in replacing the old toilet in the master bathroom before Quintessential got involved but this other company decided to use silicone on two occasions including a T-REX named one around the base of the toilet to fix the new toilet to the floor but on both occasions the silicone degraded over time and the toilet became wobbly and unstable and unsafe to use and since this other plumbing company indicated to me that they do not use concrete mix to secure new toilets to the floor and only use concrete mix on rare occasions, I had to find another plumbing company who would accommodate my specific needs due to the fact that I have been a full time carer for a severely vision impaired woman (SVIW) for over 8 continuous years who uses the toilet in question (note: the original one installed when the house was built 20+ years ago developed cracks on the outside of the toilet bowl and that is the reason for this toilet replacement story) and due to her 90% permanent vision loss, as her carer I have a duty to ensure that any chance that she could fall off a wobbly and unsecure toilet is minimised.

So, I would like to thank Kelvin and Lee for the quality job that they both did via fixing the new toilet to the floor using concrete mix which gives the toilet the HIGHEST DEGREE of strength after installation and I can be confident that I have done all I can to ensure that anyone who uses the toilet can do so safely and with least chance of any accident occurring. I thoroughly recommend all potential customers who prefer concrete mix toilet installations to contact Kelvin and his team and get the job done well the first time in order to save time, money and worry and that is why I will have no hesitation to recommend Quintessential Plumbing to other potential customers for new toilet installations as their staff are punctual, professional and do an excellent quality job as required by the customer.
